This page explains how the website works and how visitors can use each part of the experience.

1. Site Pages and What They Do

Home

The main landing page introduces PartyPop, highlights promotions, showcases gift collections, and guides visitors into shopping or browsing inspiration.

  • Displays the main brand introduction and two primary actions: start building a custom hamper or view collections.
  • Includes Promotional Banners, featured Occasion Categories, the Magical Moments gallery, the Gift Finder Quiz, Blog Highlights, Why Choose PartyPop sections.

Build Your Own Hamper

This is the main shopping page for choosing a hamper base and starting a custom hamper.

  • Shows available hamper bags and curated hampers in separate sections.
  • Includes AI-assisted search, category filters, sorting, favorites, quick view, and bag switching support.
  • Lets shoppers open a hamper builder flow for custom bags or add curated hampers directly to cart.

Gift Items

This page focuses on selecting individual gift items for a hamper-building flow.

  • Loads a selected or default bag and opens the hamper builder directly.
  • Allows users to add items to the selected/default bag up to the capacity of the bag.
  • Allows users to switch/choose a different bag while keeping selected gift item.

Cart

The cart page lets users review, edit, personalize, and prepare hampers for checkout.

  • Shows hamper contents, quantity controls, pricing, and order summary.
  • Supports personalization notes, gift messages, photo uploads, promo codes, and item removal.
  • Allows editing custom hampers and then proceeding to checkout.

Shipping

This page collects shipping and billing information before payment.

  • Supports guest checkout and signed-in checkout.
  • Lets signed-in users reuse saved addresses and optionally save new ones.
  • Calculates shipping, tax, promo effects, and creates the Stripe checkout session.

Payment

This page confirms payment results after checkout.

  • Reads payment status from the URL or checkout session.
  • Shows success, cancellation, or error states.
  • Clears the completed cart after successful payment.

Account

The account area gives signed-in users access to their personal data and order activity.

  • Includes tabs for login details, orders, and saved addresses.
  • Redirects guests to sign in before access.
  • Acts as the customer self-service area for repeat use.

Special Delivery

This page explains PartyPop’s extended gifting and delivery services.

  • Covers Bulk Orders, Special Requests, Personalized Gifts, Multi-Address Delivery, Next-Day Delivery in GTA region, and Business Orders.
  • Navigation panel and footer ‘Services’ section links can deep-link to a specific service section.

Pop Star Blog

The blog page publishes PartyPop articles with gifting ideas, trends, and seasonal inspiration.

  • Displays blog posts as full editorial content with images and structured headings.
  • Pop Star Blog section on Home Page links can deep-link to respective posts on the Pop Star Blog page.

About Us

This page shares the brand story, mission, and founder background.

  • Introduces PartyPop’s origin and values.
  • Highlights support for local and women-owned businesses.
  • Explains the personalization-first approach behind the brand.

Curated Occasion Pages

These pages help visitors browse gift ideas by recipient or occasion.

  • Includes Birthday Gifts, Baby Shower Gifts, Anniversary/Wedding/Bridal Shower Gifts, Corporate/Teachers/Employee Appreciation Gifts, Gifts for Her, Gifts for Him, Gender Neutral Gifts, and Toddlers and Kids.
  • Each page presents themed content and routes users into relevant shopping paths.
  • They make discovery easier for customers who shop by occasion instead of by product type.

Policy Pages

These pages document the store’s policies and legal information.

  • Includes Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds, Cancellation Policy, and Services Policy.
  • Provides the operating rules and customer-facing terms for using the site.
  • Accessible from the footer and the mobile navigation panel.

This page explains how the website works and how visitors can use each part of the experience.

  • Acts as a product walkthrough and site manual.
  • Covers pages, components, sections, and the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Useful for both customers and internal reference.

2. Shared Components and Site Functionality

Header

The fixed header contains the site logo, mobile navigation toggle, desktop search, account access, cart access, and key links. On mobile it keeps cart and user controls visible in the top-right corner.

Second Navigation Bar

The slim purple link strip below the main desktop header provides quick access to Home, Curated Hampers, Build Your Own Hamper, Gift Items, Special Delivery, and Pop Star Blog.

Site Navigation Panel

The mobile side panel opens from the browser/menu icon. It contains main links, curated gift pages, account/admin links where relevant, About Us, Contact, and policy links. The same icon now toggles it open and closed.

Header Search

Desktop search in the header that searches links, bags, and gift items. It offers quick navigation and product discovery without leaving the current page first.

Hamper Builder

The core builder component used in shopping, gift-item selection, and cart editing. It manages item selection, capacity rules, favorites, search, filters, quantity, hamper summary, and add-to-cart/save behavior.

Product Quick View

A lightweight product detail preview used while browsing bags and items so visitors can inspect products without fully leaving the current shopping flow.

Product Image Carousel

Displays images of created and delivered hampers and customer feedback/reviews.

Create Hamper Workflow Banner

A banner that visually explains the custom hamper flow and keeps shoppers oriented during selection.

iPopper

A floating assistant available across the site for answering questions and guiding shoppers.

Footer

The footer contains service links, policy links, contact methods, and the User Guide link. It also supports contact scrolling from header and panel actions.

3. Shopping, Checkout, and Account Flow

    Start on the Home page to explore promotions, collections, or inspiration.

    Open Build Your Own Hamper to choose a hamper base or browse curated hampers.

    Use search, favorites, filters, sorting, and quick view to narrow choices.

    Customize a hamper by selecting a bag and then adding gift items in the hamper builder.

    Add the finished hamper to cart, or edit an existing hamper from the cart later.

    Review your cart, apply a promo code, add personalization details, upload reference pictures, and confirm quantities.

    Continue to Shipping to enter guest details or use saved addresses if signed in.

    Proceed through Stripe checkout.

  9. 9

    Return to the Payment page for success, cancellation, or payment-status confirmation.

  10. 10

    Use the Account page later to review orders and manage addresses.
